Go to your Dashboard and open the Install Widget page. Your unique script tag is ready to copy — paste it before the closing </body> tag on your site.

AI processing is capped at 750 responses per month. Once you hit the limit, audio is still saved but transcription and analysis are skipped until the next billing cycle.

Every account is isolated at the database level with Row Level Security. Domain allow-lists prevent unauthorized widget usage, and all audio is stored in encrypted buckets.

Each webhook payload includes an HMAC-SHA256 signature in the header. Verify it against your webhook secret to confirm the request came from Voiseback.

Each AI-processed response (transcription + analysis) counts as one credit. Raw feedback submissions are always unlimited — only AI processing is metered.

Yes — enable "Custom Trigger Only" on any prompt. The floating button will be hidden on pages where that prompt is active, and visitors can only open the widget through your element triggers or JavaScript API.
